In honor of pain awareness month, check out:

• The American Pain Foundation (APF) is launching the National Day of Action.  On Saturday, September 26th, 2009, they invite them to join others and declare, "I commit to improving access to appropriate and effective pain care for all!"  They released a new site, http://www.conqueringpaintogether.org/, which includes tools to help local communities become part of a nationwide movement to improve treatment of pain.  The site also includes an online petition.
• The 2nd Annual CME Women In Pain Conference: Gender Matters will be webcast LIVE worldwide Friday, September 18th -- so no woman in pain will be left behind!  For further webcast details, please check our "What's New" page on the For Grace websiste.  The conference will be videotaped, edited and available for viewing via the For Grace website about a week after the event.
