ICA members receive a discount on most materials. We also offer a discount on bulk orders for healthcare providers.

Within 30 days of delivery, you may return items purchased from the ICA:
- Books in their original condition
- Unopened CDs, cassette tapes, DVDs, or VHS tapes
- Any other merchandise in new condition with original packaging and accessories
