This summer, ICA Diet Bytes columnist and author Julie Beyer, MS, RD, ICA Executive Director and dietitian Barbara Gordon, RD, author of the first IC cookbook Bev Laumann, IC Network President and Founder Jill Osborne, MA, and IC diet researcher Barbara Shorter, EdD, RD, CDN, worked together to develop the new Eating with IC guide.
